Flat to Pitch Roof Conversions

Valent Roofing specialise in flat to pitch roof conversions. The problems caused by flat roofs are eliminated by the use of a lightweight metal framework, which is safe, reduces construction times and is excellent value for money. One degree pitched roofs can be installed for industrial sheds. From Dibsastructure, we employ the use of flat to pitch dead load structures which are adjustable to individual sites, as well as kit and pre-manufactured forms which can be installed directly to existing support structures.

Construction of a lightweight steel subframe, which can be installed over an existing roof and subsequently clad, is a permanent solution to providing water run-off facilitation. This system is suitable for all types of buildings, both new and existing, and is tailor made to requirements. Curved structures with a structural deck can also be manufactured; where the roof is manufactured in one piece from eave to eave, in order to avoid on-site panel manufacture.
