Merlin Park, Trafford Park

We have recently completed the second phase of the redevelopment of the former Massey Fergusson factory on Barton Dock Road in Trafford Park. The site originally housed the factory that manufactured Rolls Royce Merlin Engines for Spitfire and Hurricane fighter planes.

The new development provides over 22,000 sq.m. of warehousing and factory floor area with the new portal steel frames being clad with 'Kingspans' composite panels to the roofs and walls of the offices, and horizontal and vertical built up cladding to the main elevations. Almost 40,000sq.m. of cladding beling installed to both the roof and walls.

Magnum Park, Rochdale

We have installed over 4,500sq.m. of 'SpeedDeck' standing seam roofing system which due the lengths of sheets involved had to be rolled on site. The 2,500sq.m. of wall cladding wall was carried out using a site assembled cladding system and 'Kingspan MR Architectural Wall Cladding'

Vicarage Lane, Blackpool

Currently on site we are installing over 4,000sq.m. of Kingspans RW & FC Composite Cladding panels on the refurbishment of an existing car dealership in Blackpool. The site is being re-developed for retail use.

St.Johns Ambulance Headquarters, Stockport

Over 1,000sq.m. of 'Kingspan KS1000LP-80' low pitch roof cladding and 600sq.m. of Kingspan KS1000 & 600- Optimo Architectural wall cladding has been installed.
